Which locations do you deliver to?

Deliveries are currently limited to the United States. We're not able to fulfill orders placed from other countries just yet. You can read the specifics in our Shipping Policy.

What's the expected delivery time?

Plan on roughly 9–15 business days in total — that's 1–3 business days to prepare your order and another 8–12 for it to reach you. Since a few things are outside our hands, treat these as estimates; our Shipping Policy has the full rundown.

Will I pay anything for shipping?

Nope — shipping is on us for every order, with no handling costs tacked on at the end. Details live in our Shipping Policy.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

There's a 30-minute window after checkout in which an order can still be cancelled. Once that passes, it's already in processing and can't be stopped. See our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy for the details.

What's the process for returning something?

Reach out to our team first and wait for the go-ahead before shipping anything back — and make sure the item is unused and still in its original packaging. Step-by-step instructions are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Am I the one paying for return shipping?

Yes — the cost of sending a return back is covered by the customer, along with any customs duties, taxes, or other fees. Our Return & Refund Policy spells this out.

Should I expect a restocking fee?

There is one: approved returns carry a 15% restocking fee. If your item turned up damaged or faulty, we will waive it after taking a look. More is covered in our Return & Refund Policy.

How quickly are refunds issued?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we send the refund back to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Our Return & Refund Policy and Transactions Policy have the full details.
