Shipping Policy

At Grace Colley, we aim to make delivery clear and dependable. Below is where we ship, how orders are handled, and what to expect on timing.

1. Where We Ship

For now, Grace Colley delivers only to addresses within the United States. Orders from outside the U.S. can't be processed at this stage.

2. Delivery Address

Every order is sent to the address entered at checkout, so please make sure those details are accurate and complete. An address that's wrong or incomplete can lead to delays or a returned parcel.

3. Order Processing

Once you've placed an order, we prepare and process it within 1 to 3 business days. Business days run Monday to Friday and don't include public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday are processed on the next working day.

Cut-off time. Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT −5), Monday to Friday, may be processed the same day. Anything placed after that, or across the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), is processed on the next business day (Monday).

4. Shipping Time

After processing, once an order leaves our fulfillment center, the estimated delivery time within the United States is usually 8 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery can vary depending on things like:

  • Seasonal demand
  • Transport capacity or logistics limits
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes during sales or promotions

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The full timeframe comes in two parts:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 8–12 business days

Together that's an estimated 9–15 business days from the day you place your order. These figures are estimates and may occasionally change due to factors beyond our control. Our logistics partners keep track of shipments to help everything arrive smoothly.

6. Shipping Costs

Every order placed with Grace Colley ships free — there are no additional shipping or handling charges.

8. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link you can use whenever you like. Do note that tracking can take 3–8 business days to start updating after the parcel leaves the warehouse, depending on the carrier.

9. Failed Deliveries or Wrong Addresses

If a parcel can't be delivered because the checkout address was wrong or incomplete:

  • The shipment may be returned to our logistics partner
  • Our support team will reach out to help sort it
  • We'll work with you to arrange redelivery or another suitable solution

To avoid delays, please double-check your delivery details before finishing your order.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we treat the shipment as complete. If you can't find a parcel that's shown as delivered, our support team will help you get in touch with the carrier and look into it.
